Meet the Chef

Paul Bigsby has trained at some of London's top Michelin starred restaurants including Sir Terence Conran's Group and with a selection of renowned Chefs whilst working the London circuit.  As a former Member of the British Military, he decided to build on his training and passion for cuisine when he left the Forces, focusing on developing his unique culinary style. Combining his love of fresh, locally sourced produce with vibrant flavours and influences picked up from being deployed all around the world, Paul produces mouth-watering, memorable menus at affordable prices.

Bigsby's was launched in September 2020 and has built up a good customer following, even in the midst of a global pandemic.  We are looking to further build on this by taking Bigsby's to various venues and host Pop-Up events to offer our services to customers over a larger geographical area.

In addition, we are also offering private dining services.  Enjoy a bespoke menu including your favourite freshly cooked food and flavours, prepared in your home, for that perfect dining experience whatever the occasion.
